What You’ll Do:

• Connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored vehicle solutions
• Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust and long-term loyalty
• Stay current on vehicle features, pricing, and promotions to confidently guide the buying process
• Work with a collaborative team to meet and exceed individual and store goals
• Use customer feedback and sales insights to improve your performance and support team growth

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and a great attitude, we can train everything else
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence, drive, and a desire to succeed
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a huge plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus, but not required)
